He is an excellent Sales Person, he is courteous, attentive to what your are saying, he gives good advice on your choice and then he makes sure that your vehicle is ready when you come in to pick it up. I came expecting very little; but left with so much more. Wasn't expecting much, but knewididnt want to be pressured or pursued for a quick sale. Being welcomed by Lawrence was my good fortune - he proved to be one in a billion. He was patient and understood my situation. He actually listened and assured each that I had come to a good place. He actually paid attention and gave Nogales assurances. He said it would work out and it did. Had it not been for his patience, understanding, and honesty, I would have left as I came: walking.
