Very rude saleslady , in past was good, The salesperson Sherice was not welcoming, started polite, soon because brusque, told me if I didn't take $400+ service package then my warranty would The salesperson Sherice was not welcoming, started polite, soon because brusque, told me if I didn't take $400+ service package then my warranty would be voided, showed strong disapproval when I declined. Called me to come when car was ready, I came, called her , she said oh, I'll call you back in a minute to see if it's ready, hmm, she didn't call back, I came in anyway, she told me she needs to do paperwork, which took 25 minutes, then called me by my last name, handed it to me w/o explanation, another lady there was nice enough to explain the bill. Has been good in past, but I got bad feeling, not sure if I'll come back More

5 STARS, Highly Recommended. What a wonderful experience my wife and I had at Plaza Honda. It first began with sales representative Mr. Hinds, he was very patient, He did not try What a wonderful experience my wife and I had at Plaza Honda. It first began with sales representative Mr. Hinds, he was very patient, He did not try to sell us a vehicle that we did not want, he listened very attentively to our needs and concerns and together the 3 of us picked out our vehicle. When it came time for the financing he was genuinely hoping we got a deal we had liked. Then once we were finalized with the loan he was again patient with showing us the important features of the vehicle. He went out of his was to even get us the paper disposal mats so we wont get snow in our Honda. LOL. In closing I would like to say that Mr. Hinds and Plaza Honda were just wonderful and we were both very satisfied with their service. More

Ana the Russian bombshell was a liar and Tem, the company salesman was no better. After leasing 4 Honda accord's the last 12 years, you would think I know the car. Who knows, in about 12 months I will be back for another car and I will see what happens this time. Leasing a car should not create headaches, it should be a pleasurable experience.
