In these 6 months I tried to contact the seller to see if they could help me with the warranty, since it is a new vehicle, but I could never communicate. Yesterday I decided to go to the PLAZA HONDA dealer in Brooklyn where I bought the vehicle, and I talked to the seller, Mr. Richard and he sent me to the body shop department. Mr. David received me and told me that I had to make an appointment for the edge that had to be corrected, and he referred me to the service area to verify the tire air error. When I got to the service area I was greeted by a man named Kevin who was super rude. He received me by preying on a cigarette and blowing smoke in my face. When I explained the situation, he told me that I had possibly broken one of the sensors because he saw the dirty tires. I explained that since I bought it, I always get that error and that I couldn't diagnose that they were broken without first doing the necessary revision, he told me that the vehicle had no warranty and that he had to pay for the problem. that he doesn't help me with this, and he told me shouting in Spanish, DO WHAT YOU WANT WITH YOUR VEHICLE, BUT YOU HAVE NO WARRANTY AND I'M NOT GOING TO REPAIR IT, AND YOU BETTER GET OUT OF HERE NOW. and he left . At that point I felt offended, mistreated and disenchanted with the HONDA brand since I don't understand how they can have people who are providing bad customer service... in my personal experience. I do not recommend using this dealer More
This dealer ship is charging me nearly twice the amount of the car I financed a 2022 accord sport. That’s about $27K I’m PAYING a TOTAL of $46K. If you want a good deal on a car SKIP THIS PLACE. People with the same credit score as me have lower rates then I do mind you I have a co-signer and I have a 670 credit score. They charge more so they can make a good commission for doing zero work. Burned by past experiences, I went into the process of leasing a car expecting nothing but pain, horrible customer service and overbearing sales reps that are very hard to talk to. I emerged a few days later surprised at how pleasant and pain-free the process was thanks to Roevelle Gustave who helped me through every step of the journey. Apart from being very helpful in navigating the process and having deep knowledge of each step, his communication style was not overbearing and very to the point which was a breath of fresh air compared to the other places I spoke to. Long story short, Roevelle is awesome and I really enjoyed meeting him in person when I came in to pick up my leased Honda Civic. More

This dealership is deplorable. We negotiated for a preowned car. A deposit was left and an agreed upon day was set due to both the salesman’s day off and my husbands. When we arrived to pick up the car, we would told it was sold to someone else. The used car manager came to speak with us and offered no solution except to refund and repeatedly asked for my husband’s credit card. He was rude at best. We asked to speak with the manager of new cars who had negotiated the deal with us. Although more understanding, he could offer no solution that would keep us in the agreed upon price for a comparable vehicle. All “solutions” would cost us several thousand dollars more as the costumer. The manager offered to give us the next Pilot that is ready for the same deal when it comes off the loaner line. He projected that to be within the next few weeks. When I inquired about a loaner car in the interim since my rental was given back the day before in anticipation of this purchase, he shook his head and said he can’t do that. We were offered several new cars at what they perceived to be good deals. My husband and I felt as though this was bait and switch and decided it would be best to get our refund and look elsewhere. We were then told to wait which took 20 minutes before the refund was given. More
I have been to many mechanics shops in my vehicle's experience, however Service writer Mr. Jamal has my vote! Through his expertise and knowledge of Hondas, he kept my past cars Civic, CRV and now my H experience, however Service writer Mr. Jamal has my vote! Through his expertise and knowledge of Hondas, he kept my past cars Civic, CRV and now my HRV in top performance. His proactive approach to vehicle service, has kept me on the roads worry free. Issues I have had with my car has been dealt with professionally and Mr. Jamal's breakdown of vehicle operation, helps increase my knowledge of my own vehicle. Thanks Mr. Jamal! Your the best!! More
