Unprofessionalism and Incompetence Honda has to ensure that the internal process is efficient. The unsatisfactory experiencehas forever scared me. Mismanagement,incompetence and lax attitude seems to be the norm. I was treated with disregard and belittering I told them that I felt unsafe driving this car not knowing what was happening. They are so uninformed and lack respect for customers. They are very uinproffessional. My advice would be to research dealershiops before investing in a vehicle. You would be surprised how different the sales and service is. Your business is valued up until the deal is closed. I took my 2017 Honda CRV to this service center because my car was running funny and I didn’t want it to shut down on me. I did not feel safe. The warning light was also coming up on my dashboard. I even mentioned to one of the reps that a recall came up on my honda link which he dismissed. Well what do you know! Another dealership picked up on it immediately. There was also a q navigational issue which was dismissed as a problem with my phone. American Honda was able to correct it within 1 minute. More
