The Art of the Deal. They say a good salesman is hard to find. This is especially true when shopping for a new vehicle - the second most important purchase the average pe They say a good salesman is hard to find. This is especially true when shopping for a new vehicle - the second most important purchase the average person will make in his/her lifetime. That said, car buying can be stressful, even painful, if the unsuspecting buyer somehow falls prey to a close-the-deal-by-any-means-necessary salesperson, only to realize he/she has fallen into a high interest trap with little recourse. Ultimately, the buyer leaves the dealership driving an automobile he/she isn't completely happy with. I'm speaking from experience, of course. I'd like to think of myself as savvy, but I haven't always fared well when buying a car. That said, I've never not had a regret or two after the deal. But dealing with Mr. Hinds made for a better buying experience. I've financed two vehicles from Mr. Hines in less than a year with growing satisfaction with each purchase. Why? What sets this salesman apart from others? For starters, he is a gentleman. From the outset, Lawrence does everything in his powers to convey to the customer that they are valued and that it is an honor and privilege, not an obligation, to serve you. Secondly, he doesn't pressure you. He gives you space to decide, but leaves with a sense that you're never alone. Thirdly, he is knowledgeable, patiently and deftly providing answers to your questions, reassuring you with his warm and unassuming presence throughout the car buying experience. Fourthly, he is honest, the best way to build a lasting relationship with his customers. Last, but not lease, Lawrence has "Old School" values: integrity, commitment, fairness, and decency. There is a lot more that can be said about Mr. Lawrence Hinds, but there isn't enough space. He went out of his way to demonstrate that I had value and that my choices were respected. With his help I got a great deal at an interest rate I can live with. Each time I visit Plaza Honda he does his best for me. In sum, I will purchase my next vehicle from Mr. Hinds, regardless of the dealership. More
