The amazing experience I have is I told a sale employee to pick up the car on Friday morning (11/24/2017) only due to I have to work on evening shift, guest what, I got the Plaza Honda about 11:00 pm, most everything set up and ready to take the car on 12:30 pm. serious complaints I brought my car in at 11/06/17 having at hand a Plaza Honda discount coupon for synthetic oil change for 29.95$. The coupon states that 'Fully synthe I brought my car in at 11/06/17 having at hand a Plaza Honda discount coupon for synthetic oil change for 29.95$. The coupon states that 'Fully synthetic priced slightly higher'. I was charged 89.04$! Is this ' slightly higher'? The same day I requested to have my air pressure checked. On Friday, gone to a funeral in Long Island, I had the indicator of low pressure on tires on. I brought the car in, the pressure was down to 22 and I was told that it was because of the.. weather! Also, at the cashier, the last minute they asked for cash only! Supposed I didn't have it with me? I have leased several cars with you company and never had such a terrible experience! I expect a justification to the outrageous pricing and the overall unacceptable service! More
