I met Mr. Lawrence Hinds who was very patient, friendly, professional, and warm. He has an excellent knowledge of vehicles and was able to give me the ins and outs of each vehicle I asked about. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in purchasing my vehicle a 2018 CRV. I was timid at first coming from a Toyota to a Honda, however I feel even more satisfied knowing that he made sure I was in the right car for me, instead of just any car. I have been back since my purchase and was saddened to hear he no longer worked in that department. My girlfriend also went after me to purchase a brand new vehicle and was told that he no longer worked there. After being given someone else she saw Mr. Hinds and found out that they told her a lie. Its a shame when people know what and who they want to deal with and are lied to by the dealership themselves just not to get the person they requested. In my book I would highly recommend his expertise to anyone in the market for a vehicle. And they are to ask to see Mr. Hinds regardless of what they are told. Sylvia Elcock-Als More

Ethical practices are questionable I had the unfortunate experience of changing over my lease with this dealership. I spent 2 days getting my new lease and in no way had to do as much haggling last time as I did this time, just to get into the finance portion during the final hour and do it all over again. Now, here I am only 3 months later and the car is giving me issues in which no one is concerned about seeing the car has left the lot. I am utterly disappointed in the lack of concern expressed by Plaza Honda Service department. I was experiencing an issue with a brand new lease I acquired 3 months ago and they did nothing. My car began malfunctioning while driving to Connecticut from New York on 5/14/18. I phoned plaza Honda around 10 am and after being transferred several time was told there was nothing they could do to accommodate me until the car was diagnosed which was understandable. I then had roadside assistance pick up the vehicle because at this point my 3-month-old car was not safe to drive. I was told by Honda roadside assistance that the dealership would call me once they received the car. This phone call took place around 11 am. At 4 pm I decided to call the dealership and inquire about the status of my car and was told that the tow truck company should notify me when the car arrives. I then call the tow company who says they have already delivered the vehicle and proceed to call the dealership again. No one at the dealership thought it was important to call me and give me any type of update regarding my car let alone that it even arrived. Now a technician calls me back shortly after they locate my vehicle to tell me that it is too late in the day and will have to be looked at in the morning. I have been dealing with this issue since 10 am and at 5:30 pm have not heard from anyone at the dealership about the status of my car nor have I been able to speak to the manager (Mr. Anthony Lopez) after several attempts. I inquired about receiving a loner car so that I could complete my work in Connecticut but have been told that is up to the manager's discretion to allow that, however, I am unable to even reach a manager and will have to spend money to rent a car from my own pocket. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership altogether. More
