I walked into Plaza because it was recommended to me by several people and my family knows a few people there. I had been shopping around and the most time I've spent with a sales person was approx. 30 mi several people and my family knows a few people there. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful in getting me the most for what I could afford. He spent FOUR HOURS with me. My prior experience with car dealers was that one or more salesmen would "attack" you as soon as you walked in the door and push you until they were able to sell you the highest priced car with the most opti salesmen would "attack" you as soon as you walked in the door and push you until they were able to sell you the highest priced car with the most options possible. Dealing with Stanley was exactly the opposite and an extremely pleasant surprise. Stanley welcomed me and basically stood back and observed while I looked at the car. He kept his distance but was available to answer all questions that I had. Absolutely no sales pressure at all. Offered ample time and opportunity to focus on the Fit which were looking at and then showed us the next lines up but without trying to push the more expensive models. He could tell that we were really only interested in the Fit and he did not try to push anything more expensive on us. There was really no haggling on the price. They made a reasonable offer, at which I countered and we settled in the middle within less than 5 or 10 minutes. The transaction was so comfortable that I ended up buying two new cars. The dealer provides a full tank of gas which I have not received on my last couple of purchases. Definitely would buy from them again. Hopefully their service department is equally efficient. More

I responded to a early termination offer for my 2009 odyssey and decided to check it out at Plaza Honda. I was completely satisfied with his level of customer service, knowledge, friendly disposition and Mr. Sohun stayed with me throughout the entire experience making sure all my needs were satisfied. Also, he followed up with me a few days later to ensure that I was happy with my new purchase. If your looking for Honest and exceptional Customer Service...definitely stop in to Plaza Honda and ask for Layne Sohun. More
Normally I dread the car buying experience. Don't get me wrong: I love driving and cars in general and I've bought many new cars over the years. It's the process that can be frustrating so imagine how I felt when I had an accident in my car and it was totaled. After the initial shock, I thought: OH NO!!! I have to go into another dealership and and do this again. I began the process by researching online and corresponding with a few dealers via e-mail. You definitely want to go into a dealership armed with information. I got a few quotes from dealers nearby. By chance I was out Christmas shopping with a friend and passed by a dealer that wasn't so near to me and wasn't one of the ones I was corresponding with. I stopped on a whim and a salesman (Errol) approached me. Normally that causes me to tense up waiting for the hard sell. I explained my situation and I was probably a little standoff-ish as well but his overall pleasant demeanor and no-pressure approach relaxed me. We discussed numbers and he was a bit off my best offer thus far. After some haggling, his boss Layne came over and assured me that he would put me in the car of my choice with terms I'm happy with. I thought: yeah sure.. Another salesman telling me what I want to hear. I must say: I WAS SO WRONG!!! He did exactly that! For me, one of the measures of true customer service is how a business responds to things that go wrong. In my case, there was a small issue with the scheduled delivery time. Things happens. What was different is how proactive they were in keeping me informed every step of the way. I did not have to call. I didn't have to show up and wait in frustration (like what has happened to me before). I went there exactly at the time they told it would be ready and guess what? IT WAS READY!!!! (full of gas, detailed, plates on, EVERYTHING!!). Kudos to this dealership! I strongly recommend them to one and all!!! Seasons Greetings! More

On 12/4/2010, I went to the Honda dealership and met with Mr. Lawrence Hinds. I found Mr. Hinds to be polite and a proffesional. He helped me with re-financing and assisted me with additional information for Mr. Lawrence Hinds. I found Mr. Hinds to be polite and a proffesional. My appointment was for 11 AM and the going back and forth procedure lasted until 2:45 P.M. I was fortunate to have met someone as Mr. Hinds, As I opened the door to the dealership, there were 3 other dealers, that hounded me and I must say turned me off with their greedy, and unproffesional attitude's. I was about turn and look for the outside door,(And cancel my appointment) When Mr. Hinds asked in a soft and gentle manner, If I needed help. I calmed down and from that moment on it was smooth sailing. I did speak to Mr. Hind's manager about the good experience that I had with him, and was willing to sign an affidavit, or reccommendation on Mr. Hinds behalf. I look foward in the future, to meeting again with Mr. Hinds concerning Honda cars, and I have reccommended him to family and friends. More
