I was very pleased at how professional, patient, courteous and knowledgeable the employees at Plaza Honda were, especially Dexter Thomas, when deciding on purchasing or leasing a 2012 Acura TL. Mr. Thomas either confirmed information I already knew, or gave me additional information and insight that was very helpful, and not only answered all of my questions, but asked me a few questions in return that I didn't even think about. After an easy transaction i was told i had to go to business office. This is where normally the fun ends. However i was was introduced to Jack Banksen the finance manager. He carefully explained all of my options and we finally decided which worked best for my needs.It was the best experience i have ever had and i will recommend many of my friends to see the same people who helped me.I finally feel like i was treated with respect as who i am today and not just a credit report number. This is why i give this dealer the highest marks. Kudos to all at Plaza Honda. More

This had to be one of the best experiences that I ever had at any dealership in my life. I know that it sounds like a lot of garbage but if you only knew what I had been through looking for a good deal an had at any dealership in my life. When I called Plaza Honda I got a price for the Accord on the Phone, and when I got to the dealership I was met by Mr. Winslow. What a gentleman. He proved to be very patient and professional.The price was as I was quoted not a penny more. I know that it will be very hard to ever go anywhere else when I am ready for my next car in three years.
