On November 11th 2011 the car malfunctioned and I brought it in for repairs and the Service Manager I dealt with was Mr.Hafiz Kawsar. He was very polite, professional and respectful. And by the grace of GOD, Mr Kawsar suggested we trade in the car for a 2012 Honda Pilot and he took it upon himself to speak to people in the sales department. Glory and Thanks be to GOD almighty in Jesus Christ, because we had no intention of buying a new car at that point in time, we bought a new 2012 Honda Pilot the following day November 12th 2011. My 2008 Certified Civic was towed in after being pushed to the side of the road. Kawsar is knowledgeable about all aspects of service parts, maintenance, and warranty...and he carries it off well because he is quick intelligent and confident. I can see the man is busy, but he made time to sit with me and break things down and I never felt rushed. He even had pictures of my busted engine and took a video of the replacement, who can ask for more? I am so impressed by how quickly he got all the paperwork in, and the brand new engine replaced. Even better, everything was covered under warranty!!! And now my warranty has been extended. I am so grateful.
