Purchased a vehicle from them. Turns out the parking sensor system doesn't work. Took the vehicle into the servicing department 3 weeks after date of purchase to have it looked at. That day, they told me that they needed to order a replacement part, that it should arrive in about 2 days, and that they'd call me once it arrived so I could bring my vehicle in to be fixed. 1 month later, I've received no communications from them. I've called them 8 times in the past month about the status of this part, and each time the person on the phone says they can't help me but that someone else can, and that other person would give me a call back the same day or the next day. But I've never received a call back. They have repeatedly made broken promises and lost all trust. It really feels like they just don't care after making the sale, and hope for me to give up so they don't have to honor their warranty. More

We had come with a price in mind and told him we weren't willing to pay more than the amount. He spoke to his manager and they made the deal happen. The finance manager Rehan was outstanding. He explained everything thoroughly and even spoke to Geico to make sure we would be able to take the car home the same day. Now on to the part I didn't like. After the purchase was done they told me that they had misplaced the second key-fob for the vehicle. They assured me the piece would be ordered and all they would have to do was program it when I brought the car in. Got a call from Brian that the piece had come in on Thursday 8/1. That same week an emission system light came on, so I told him I would be bringing the car in to get that checked out and for them to program the new key. He told me to just go in on Saturday ... but after I did some research of my own I was able to see that the Service Department was not open on Saturdays for diagnosis, so I scheduled service for the following Monday. There is a HUGE problem when it comes to communication between departments at this dealership. And this was highlighted by my experience the following week. I go in for service the following Monday at 7:00am. I tell them that I need them to take a look at the emission system light and I need the key-fob programmed. They agreed and in went my car for service. They told me they would give me the car back by 7:00pm. I went to work and received an email that the car was done. I planned to pick it up after work at 6:30pm. During my lunch hour I looked at the receipt they sent alongside the email notifying me the car was done and noticed that the programming of the key-fob was not mentioned at all. So i called ... and called ... and called. Never ONCE was I able to speak to someone from service. I called the service number countless times. I also called the main number and asked that they transfer me to service ... nobody picked up the phone. At some point someone picked up the phone and hung up. So decided to show up and put pressure on them. I showed up at 6:30pm (they close at 7:00pm) and spoke to Kenny, the man who had helped me in the AM. I explained to him that the receipt never mentioned the Key Fob and he told me he would check for me. Told me to have a seat. I waited for half an hour. At that time the Parts Department was already closed, otherwise I would have gone there myself to get the xxxx thing. At 7:00pm I saw my car outside. He said they hard ordered the wrong key fob (that of an Accord) and that he would be ordering the right one for me... which was a total lie. Told me to contact him on Wednesday and he would notify me if the key fob was there so I could bring the car in. He even gave me his "personal number" to reach out to him. So as expected, I texted him on Wednesday morning about the key-fob and he told me he would check for me. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM AGAIN!!! Countless texts, calls and voicemails throughout the day. I decided to give him until Thursday and then show up unannounced... which was what ended up happening. On Thursday I called him again ... nothing. So I called Parts Department and asked them whether my Key-Fob had arrived. They told me that it had been there for A WEEK!!!!! That I needed to come pick it up and take it to Services to get it programmed, but had to be before 5:00pm (Parts Department closes at that time). So that is what I did. I never called Kenny again and went to pick up the Key fob myself. Then took the car directly to service. Kenny was there ... but never came to speak to me ... tail between his legs!! They finally programmed the key fob and out I went. Never going there for service again. Parts Department on the other hand, was great. More

Unprofessional customer service, Called in morning spoke with Britney ask for Honda odyssey and she checked in to inventory and said it’s available. We drove 90 miles to buy this car. She call back again to with Britney ask for Honda odyssey and she checked in to inventory and said it’s available. We drove 90 miles to buy this car. She call back again to confirm the appointment for same car. After 3 hours we reach to plaza Honda and find out the car we came to buy was sold yesterday. This customer rep did not give us right information and make us travel 90 miles for the car. In the past we bought two Honda from this dealer and did not had good experience then. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. More

Worked wonderfully with Anthony Parasma, who got me a great deal! Not to mention, another of the sales people made sure I was taken care of before I drove off with me new vehicle... I will say, the tags great deal! Not to mention, another of the sales people made sure I was taken care of before I drove off with me new vehicle... I will say, the tags are taking longer than expected (it's been a month since I've purchased the vehicle & I *still* havent received my tags/plates).... 😐🙄 oh and I had to go twice before driving off with my new car, because I was getting out of state plates, & the insurance card wasnt reflecting the current date (rather the next date was reflecting on the card). Other than that, I'd recommend this dealership overall, they didn't try and sell me no ridiculousness, which is a plus!++ More
