I was discussing a 2026 Honda CR-V lease and trading in my 2014 BMW X3. They tried to match another dealer’s offer, but still couldn’t get close to where I needed to be on the price — especially since the my 2014 BMW X3. They tried to match another dealer’s offer, but still couldn’t get close to where I needed to be on the price — especially since the other dealer’s vehicle came with leather seats, which Plaza Honda didn’t have available. When I went back to cancel the deal and request my refund, the staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The salesperson literally said “kick them out” to his manager right in front of us — completely disrespectful and unnecessary. I’ve never been treated that way at any dealership before. To make things worse, they took over a month to refund my $7,100 deposit, even though they promised it would take only 14 business days. I had to call and follow up repeatedly just to get my own money back. Overall, this was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had — rude behavior, zero professionalism, and a complete lack of customer care. I highly recommend avoiding Plaza Honda. There are plenty of other Honda dealerships that actually value and respect their customers. Save yourself the frustration — stay away from Plaza Honda Brooklyn! More
Hey, dealerships like this are exactly why people despise car shopping. Their archaic mindset, in person only, structuring all of their answers to get you into the showroom, is why they won't exist in a few car shopping. Any slightly savvy customer knows exactly what you pay for yours and what we should be paid for ours. We know what other dealerships offer for trade ins and know all of your competition. Your attempt to get with the times and have AI bots as your customer service might have been cool in your conference room but the reality is, if someone's serious about buying, they want to buy, not wait for your bot to relay the message to actual person, to only ask you to come in anyway. In other words, this place is a complete waste of time, a joke, a dinosaur. If you want to waste a day and feel dumber after, go here. Otherwise, shop elsewhere. More

Called the dealership got in contact with Angela Jeshili , from the minuter shopping for a few weeks and saw Plaza Honda in Brooklyn had a good deal. Called the dealership got in contact with Angela Jeshili , from the minuter I spoke to her I knew I would purchase this car on June 2 2025 , I practically brought the car over the phone and picked it up on June 3. She was professional, answer all my question , worked and multitask great on the phone ,was knowledgable , never tries to over speak me , she knew I was full aware of things like money factor residue etc . She answer all questions and made the purchased easy and smooth and hassle free. Finally to her leaders you have an asset an outstanding sales rep which will maximize you sales with efficiency and grace ,Angela will grow with your company and my next purchase which should bring about 3 year or so I sincerely hope that Angela will be part of your Leadership. Terrible buying experience. I bought a 2025 new, Honda Accord with cash. I dealt with Steven Shumel the sales person. He was the epitome of uncaring. He never even greeted us. We waited over 2 and a half hours to 3 hours to complete the paper work for buying a car with cash!!!! I had to take the check and necessary papers to the back desk managers, and go back and forth to complete the purchase. My sales person Steven Shumel just walked out of the dealership. We were asked to not even wait in the dealership, but outside in the car, by Steven Shumel. I had to advocate for myself to get the transaction completed. Terrible dealership. This is not the way to do business. No leadership or supervision of the staff. STAY AWAY. More

The prices online do not match what they tell you in person. This is a completely unethical business that does not deserve business. I have no idea how they are still running. They speak and do things so quickly to scam customers until it's too late. If you are thinking about going here please DON'T or DO YOUR RESEARCH before you go, run numbers, call other dealerships, go through a broker because if you don't they'll take you for all you got and do it with a smile knowing they're swindling you. Purchased a vehicle from them. Turns out the parking sensor system doesn't work. Took the vehicle into the servicing department 3 weeks after date of purchase to have it looked at. That day, they told me that they needed to order a replacement part, that it should arrive in about 2 days, and that they'd call me once it arrived so I could bring my vehicle in to be fixed. 1 month later, I've received no communications from them. I've called them 8 times in the past month about the status of this part, and each time the person on the phone says they can't help me but that someone else can, and that other person would give me a call back the same day or the next day. But I've never received a call back. They have repeatedly made broken promises and lost all trust. It really feels like they just don't care after making the sale, and hope for me to give up so they don't have to honor their warranty. More
