came in for a oil change, tire rotation and check a squeaking noise. Said noise may be the rear shocks. Said our tires were about ready to be replaced. Offered to sell us new tires. We declined. Called back to say oil change was done but couldn't rotate tires because bolts were too rusted. So if we said put on new tires would the bolts still be too rusted. Contact and communication with Jeremy was good, my only gripe is , that having a Chrysler 300c I had expected at least a vacuum if not a wash, of the car. Had my Jeep Patriot in for a faulty ABS sensor and a vacuum hose to be replaced. Steven ( Gator ) Bowman made the appoint for me for 8:30 AM. He said the repairs would take two hours .
