biggest scam dealer in flordia brought my own key fob and tow mirrors on my 2014 ram to have them flashed should have been around 75.00 2 hrs waiting and 231.00 .while i was thought brought my own key fob and tow mirrors on my 2014 ram to have them flashed should have been around 75.00 2 hrs waiting and 231.00 .while i was thought i look some used cars would not even give a price before they had you in the office and gave them your life history felt just like i was at a time share sale lots of pressure and plenty of bull.and high prices who does that today!!!.go any where and get lots better treatment.stay away you ll be sorry!!!!!!! More

Bad service and sales This place is not a place u would want to to buy a truck we bought a new 2019 ram 1500 from them had it in 7 times to fix already in 45 days still can This place is not a place u would want to to buy a truck we bought a new 2019 ram 1500 from them had it in 7 times to fix already in 45 days still can not fix issues with truck promises to split cost of trailer brake still no trailer brake this place I would not recommend to any one once u buy something from them they could care less about anything they receive there money no customer service and the sad part is we bought 2 trucks from them with issues they don’t care about anything only they have a done deal so now we are stuck with a 50,000 problem truck that no one can seem to fix don’t buy from them More

Went the extra mile to help with warranty issues. Rob the Service Manager was very helpful in trying to resolve issue with Life time power train warranty. Went out of his way to call former dealership Rob the Service Manager was very helpful in trying to resolve issue with Life time power train warranty. Went out of his way to call former dealership to get repair order of service performed. Even Faxed my copies of repair orders to FCA to help with denied warranty issues.. More

I called and made an appt to get my transmission fluid flushed. Price quoted was $170 +/-. Also asked to have engine oil and filter changed , I supplied the oil and filter. Price quoted $10 +/-. I was al flushed. Price quoted was $170 +/-. Also asked to have engine oil and filter changed , I supplied the oil and filter. Price quoted $10 +/-. I was also told it would take about an hour. A little over two hours later I paid the bill - $218.61 This is almost $40 over the quoted price. The job was so messy that I now have oil spots on my garage floor. I also got oil drip on my head while the mechanic was showing all the things he could charge me to fix that he took an hour of careful inspection to find, this was called a free 27 point safty inspection. I allowed myself to think that I would get a better job at a dealership than a quick oil change place. The next time I will go back to the quick oil change shop where I can get my transmission flushed, oil supplied and changed in about 45 minutes at a cost of about $160, and when I am done I wont have to clean my garage floor! More
