After taking my vehicle away for service a service manager met with me to confirm what service I had requested and discussed some options I had concerning service. I have had all service work performed at this dealership since I purchased the vehicle and am very confident in the quality of work they perform. Service is always performed in a professional manner and everyone I dealt with was polite and courteous. On the down side, I don't understand why an oil change and tire rotation takes 1.5 hours. Also, many of the employees were wearing masks but it was not consistent throughout the service department and sales area. I hope they will consider making it a policy to do so. More

This dealership is awful. I have no idea where their mechanics come from but they should not be working on dodge trucks much less a diesel. I called and made an appt to get my transmission fluid flushed. Price quoted was $170 +/-. Also asked to have engine oil and filter changed , I supplied the oil and filter. Price quoted $10 +/-. I was al flushed. Price quoted was $170 +/-. Also asked to have engine oil and filter changed , I supplied the oil and filter. Price quoted $10 +/-. I was also told it would take about an hour. A little over two hours later I paid the bill - $218.61 This is almost $40 over the quoted price. The job was so messy that I now have oil spots on my garage floor. I also got oil drip on my head while the mechanic was showing all the things he could charge me to fix that he took an hour of careful inspection to find, this was called a free 27 point safty inspection. I allowed myself to think that I would get a better job at a dealership than a quick oil change place. The next time I will go back to the quick oil change shop where I can get my transmission flushed, oil supplied and changed in about 45 minutes at a cost of about $160, and when I am done I wont have to clean my garage floor! More
