THE TIRES ARE JUST FINE. I WAS VERY UPSET BECAUSE YOUR PHONES WERE NOT WORKING AND I COULD NOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE AND NO ONE ATTEMPTED TO CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. came in for a oil change, tire rotation and check a squeaking noise. Said noise may be the rear shocks. Said our tires were about ready to be replaced. Offered to sell us new tires. We declined. Probably the least satisfying transaction purchasing a vehicle I have ever experienced. The"detailing" of the vehicle, which I inspected the next day at home, was terrible. After sale warranties were sold to us, but the price was really not revealed until I inspected the documents, once again at home the next day. While doing paperwork, the price of 930.00 was mentioned and that was great - but in reality the price was about 5,000.00. After numerous trips to the dealership and phone calls, it has been remedied. I did, however really enjoyed dealing and getting to know Dale. He is a gentleman. If ever in the market for a Chrysler product, it is safe to say it will not come from Plaza. More
