My husband and I were interested in purchasing a vehicle listed on the internet. He had several conversations with Shelby regarding the vehicle. We contacted Shelby and stated we were on our way to the de listed on the internet. He had several conversations with Shelby regarding the vehicle. We contacted Shelby and stated we were on our way to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. Her response was “Ok”. We drove 3 hours only to be told when we arrived that the vehicle had been sold the previous night. Seriously? Do you not have computers with inventory listed? Is it too difficult to say “It’s been sold” before we drive 3 hours? The sales person then suggested a vehicle 2 years older than the one we were interested in. The general manager offered to fill our tank. Absolutely the worst customer service of any car dealership I have ever had. After reading other reviews, this seems to be their regular pattern. I am doubting the vehicle was ever even there and feel like we dodged a bullet by not purchasing from this dealership. More
