Service Dept. was outstanding! A representative named Steve was the most polite & professional of any dealership employee I have ever encountered. Being from out of town, I anti A representative named Steve was the most polite & professional of any dealership employee I have ever encountered. Being from out of town, I anticipated a bit of a struggle but he listened intently, went out to the vehicle & gave me a time line for a recall & an issue I had with with a QUE system that was not working properly. He called me daily & explained that the Cadillac Co. would only charge me a minimal amount for a CUE replacement unit. The recall part was back ordered, but when I return back to Florida in the fall it will be changed. I was completely satisfied & Thanks for a wonderful experience. Bob Chandler More

Very disappointed. We wore face masks, no one from dealer did. They could not rotate tires as they could not find proper wheel lock tool. dealer did. They could not rotate tires as they could not find proper wheel lock tool. More

Service writer did not describe the problem correctly. He was not a people friendly person. Very disappointed Expected better from plaza Cadillac. I ordered some accessories for my Cadillac Escalade. They came in early and I got a phone call and they got me in a day early. I don't know who installed my accessories but he did a great job. My check in and check out is almost always with Harry and Steve. Quick check in and out and always kind. My salesman that I purchased my Escalade from was Rick J. And he always shows up at some point, even if just to say hello. If you are looking to purchase a new Cadillac please see Rick J.. He goes far and beyond just a sale. More
