Plaza Cadillac responded

parts were on back order and was not in dealerships control. we had General motors involved but they could not even help because of vender issue. you know it has nothing to do with ownership and you disserve better but again we had no control. if you would like to understand and talk about more. please call me.. if you do understand please remove post..
