I I have a 2015 Cadillac XT-5 with only 20,000 miles on it. I came in for yearly oil change. Christie Cook, from the service department, explained that I needed new tires, brake fluid flush and replacement it. I came in for yearly oil change. Christie Cook, from the service department, explained that I needed new tires, brake fluid flush and replacement and fuel system cleaning and fuel filter change, as well as a new battery. She explained it was a time issue, not a mileage issue. I was not able to wait for all needed maintenance, but had the battery replaced that visit. Christie worked with me to get another appointment quickly and at my convenience to get all my maintenance done. The waiting room at Plaza Cadillac is excellent. It has very comfortable chairs, snacks, coffee and TV. Plaza Cadillac service department personnel are the best! Thank you! More

I am always happy to come into Plaza Cadillac b/c everybody is always friendly. I like to deal with Rick b/c he is always on top of things, and always is able to answer my questions when I have any. everybody is always friendly. I am very happy with the service department, although Harry is who I mainly work with, the other people are always very attentive to my needs, even when I just stop in for air in my tires. As a new resident of The Villages, I had to locate a new Cadillac dealership to perform routine service on my SRX after having used the same dealership for purchases and service for the past 20 years. In the course of performing service, it was determined that a rather significant issue needed to be addressed and it would take approximately three hours. The dealership provided transportation back to my home and notified me when the work was complete. A courtesy driver picked me up, returned me to the dealership to pick up my serviced and freshly-washed car and I was on my way home. Although changes isn't easy, I feel entirely comfortable with the customer service and courtesy I received at Plaza. More
