This is my first time at this dealership. I was told they couldn't do anything for my car that the owner or manager told the service department not to work on my car.don't know the reason why I was told they couldn't do anything for my car that the owner or manager told the service department not to work on my car.don't know the reason why they chose to decline the service. Finally on Friday I went to pick up my car while everyone was courteous at the checkout desk I was absolutely mortified to find the interior of my car a disaster area the mirror that I had asked to please glue back which had fallen off was still sitting on the seat one of the panels they closes off at the bottom of the car was laying on the floor and partly on the seat but I let that go while. I had a friend with me who drove me to pick up the car he said he would follow me home to make sure I got there safely I got into my driveway and decided to go and pick up my my prescription at Walgreens when I got to Walgreens the car would not shut off the key would not disengage so a gentleman inside of Walgreens sent me to the Chevy dealership to make a long story short my car is sitting at that dealership waiting to be looked at. I am so glad that all I got was the oil change and that they declined service because I would have been extremely upset otherwise. I'm still amazed that the car was like that. More

Steven = Service He actually makes bringing the car in fun, gives us good advice and doesn’t try and sell us something we don’t need.
