The oil change was much faster than usual. That was great! Other times it has taken a couple of hours for just a regular maintenance appointment. I would feel better if they had asked me about the circumstances and tried harder to find it. More

The work performed was excellent. They fixed the issue. However, I had to be very proactive just to get updates on my vehicle. Long hold times and unreturned messages.
