We left a message for you and please call me back anytime. It looks like you brought vehicle in May for running boards intermittent issue and we check the module for codes and tested function at that time. We were unable to get to fail. This makes it hard to determine what may be causing problem. As for the remotes I see you brought it in May of 2021 and found an issue with the programing on #1 and #2 remotes. I don't see that you had us look at this again since. looking forward to discussing this and once again thanks again and we will be talking soon.

Just for closure: I don't expect a response or even want one. I am moving on to other choices for Cadillac services. Wrapping up: 1. Steve called me while I was on vacation. I called back when I got in town and left a message. I know he is a very busy man and I am a low priority; he did not call back. Frankly, Patrick (Service Manager) off-loading his problems to staff does not seem genuinely responsive. 2. At the last visit, our Salesman, Rick, gave me a trick on dealing with the problem of "fobs and seats." Apparently, it is known you have a design software or hardware issue with no resolution. Rick's hint + Steve's hint last May has helped. I just acknowledge that the setting I prefer is not compatible with Cadillac design; so I just get in and adjust my seat ... every time. 3. The running board issue remains, I'll learn to live with it or find a service center that cares enough to solve the problem. Patrick, I followed up with you on 6/15 and 8/30 about this issue. Last status from you was on 6/15 where you were waiting on Cadillac Customer Care. You still waiting? I am.
