Brought in my 2011 DTS, just purchased with 25,000 miles, for a check up and normal service. Engine light had just come on, and in checking that out, wound up needing a new gas tank. We bought all our cars at Plaza over 30+ years and service was always good. I had AC go out and didn't realize it was a 3 day repair. Just Lost my husband so needed a loaner as it is my only car now. service was always good. I had AC go out and didn't realize it was a 3 day repair. Just Lost my husband so needed a loaner as it is my only car now. I was told no loaner after I left my car in service. I never considered that I would have to arrange for transportation. That would be my complaint. I had to search to get someone to pick me up and bring me home and the same to return me when repair was completed. Also did not receive call when repairs were completed. I had to call and ask when repairs were completed so I could arrange for someone to drive me to pick up my car. I was advised repair would be approximately $2000. In fact, it was close to $3000. Everyone in service were polite and professional. More

We were satsfied with some of our experience @ Plaza Cadillac, but very disappointed with many other aspects. We expressed interest in trading in my 2016 Cadillac SRX with low mileage (36,000 miles) for Cadillac, but very disappointed with many other aspects. We expressed interest in trading in my 2016 Cadillac SRX with low mileage (36,000 miles) for a 2023 CT5. After speaking with Robbie and asking him to work up some numbers for a possible trade in, we received no follow up from him or any ormther sales agent. As we had left my car there for an oil change & tire rotation, and possible other maintenance/repairs on Mon May 22nd, it wasn't until I called on Wed May 24th to check the status of my car and spoke with Mike, and asked about the possibility of a trade value for my car was when I was told by Mike that they valued the car trade @ $ 11,000. I expressed my disappointment with the valuation, as both Car Max & Kelly Bluebook valued my car between $16,000 to $18,000. I loved my Cadillac and was prepared to buy another one. But based on our experience with your dealership, we considered other choices. That evening my husband and I visited Jenkins Hyundai/Genesis dealership just up the road. That dealership went above & beyond to earn our business. That evening we ended up buying a 2023 GenesisGV70 with a trade of $18,000 for the cadillac, sight unseen. We picked up the Cadillac on Thurs May 25th about 11am, paid for services rendered and immediately dropped it off @ the Jenkins dealership and drove the GenesisGV70 home, all registered & insured. Plaza Cadillac dropped the ball. The Cadillac dealership in Massachusetts where the car was purchased & serviced was and is an excellent dealership. Pkaza Cadillac does not compare. My husband is a retired businessman, who owned 3 mattress & furniture stores in Massachusetts. He knows great sales reps when he sees them because he hired & fired many in his 35 years of running a business. I hope this review finds its way to someone who can express how important impressions are for customers whether for service or potential sales. More
