Services So I have had multiple services there over the last 3 years since moving here. Once after a service there were splotches of grease left on the fender. So I have had multiple services there over the last 3 years since moving here. Once after a service there were splotches of grease left on the fender. Another time a dirty shop rag was left on the seat. Two services ago I got home and my wife noticed we were missing a valve stem cap. I mentioned on the next service and hoped they'd found and kept it or had one to replace it with. No such luck and now I have 3 Caddilac valve stem caps and one that doesn't match. I had to buy those from the caddy dealer when I bought the car. I'm buying replacements. It's just always some small disappointing thing. More

How ever, any time I visit Plaza Cadillac of Leesburg, it's a totally different experience. From the moment that you set up your appointment until you drive out, it's a very positive and enjoyable experience. Don't let the name Cadillac scare you!
