I choose this dealership because it was the closest to me. Reason was to stop the recall notices from being sent every 90 days or so. Don't think they did the inspection, or if they did they didn't share the results with me. They did return my vehicle with a huge greesy hand print on the A pillar. I've driven Cadillacs for over 30 years, from what I saw of the product in the showroom (an electric something with a fake painted on grill and another something with the hood up and the battery removed) and the poor standards the corporation will allow Dealerships to fall to, I don't think they really want my future business. Too bad, a once proud automotive badge and support network decaying like a day old fish head. And to boot now they keep sending "Please Leave A Review" emails, but only Facebook users can reply. More
