Total package of service I'm visiting the Villages and didn't know who to call to service my car after the Service Stabilizer icon flashed on the screen. I chose Plaza Cadilla I'm visiting the Villages and didn't know who to call to service my car after the Service Stabilizer icon flashed on the screen. I chose Plaza Cadillac because it was close but didn't know anything about the dealership. The service department and customer service were outstanding. Service during and after the sale Bought a Certified 2016 Cadillac CTS Deluxe recently and found out the next day that the moonroof did not operate correctly so we brought it back for Bought a Certified 2016 Cadillac CTS Deluxe recently and found out the next day that the moonroof did not operate correctly so we brought it back for review by Service Dept. They did an inspection & ordered parts for repair & gave us a date to return. On that date they discovered that additional parts needed to be ordered so they gave us a 2019 CTS to drive while they kept the 2016 & waited for additional parts. Very smooth operation here & everyone is friendly & professional. More

Damaged paint Asked them to check the lift gate on my SRX. Having issues at times going up and down on Friday 2/1. Went to see if it worked any better that evening and noticed a cluster of scratches on the lift gate. Will call first thing Monday AM to report. Car was not detailed upon delivery. Was told verbally that the Cue System was shot and they had to order a whole new one, yet the paperwork says they are ordering a part for it?? More
