Carlos, I have looked into this situation. Our records indicate that the vehicle has numerous leaks. We were given the ok to replace the valve cover gasket which is only one of the areas that needs attention. I do apologize that we did forget to put back on a couple of engine covers once the job was completed. Once we were notified, we sent our Roadside Service technician out to replace them to avoid an extra trip back to the dealership for you. I also was made aware of another issue that was fuel tank and canister related. We do pride ourselves in our Service but other than the "missing parts" which were brought to you at our time and expense, I cannot find anything that shows a level of incompetence on our part.
