Only disappointing factor was customer waiting room, which does not meet standards of a premium automobile dealership. Note: throughout our year of Cadillac ownership the Plaza Cadillac web site does not function properly with the CHROME browser; i.e. site will not function when attempting to select model, year etc. on the drop down menus.
