The check-in person was wonderful - he put a new battery in my key fob and now it works perfectly again. However - it took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and car wash - totally unaccept in my key fob and now it works perfectly again. However - it took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and car wash - totally unacceptable I was not happy!!! More

The app was on time and a loaner was extremely helpful.
