Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. Since our opening in 1995 we have supported our local community to give back as much as possible. We are active in the local Chambers of Commerce, civic organizations and support many local charities. By dealing with Plaza Cadillac, you also help support these wonderful local causes.

Wonderful service very thorough I’m pleased with the service I receive at Plaza Cadillac. The customer service is remarkable not to mention sometimes I’m unable to keep my appointment times. They not only reschedule me but they do it with a smile and friendly attitude. I appreciate the fact that they pay attention to detail what needs to be done to my car. Instead of trying to sell me things I don’t really need. Did I mention the free WiFi coffee and donuts ... Oh yeah and thank you for my car wash also. If my wait is long I can’t tell. I’m too busy watching tv in their lounge, or surfing the internet off of their WiFi, or outside looking at the car inventory dreaming of a new car one day! Thank you so much. Service department I was preparing to leave for the holidays when my check engine light came on. I called and spoke with Steve. He said there were no openings for the next two days. I explained my situation and he worked me in.
