Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. Twice is not so good...thrice is not so nice! After basic service of oil/ filter change and tire rotation, had to delay departure to home (>20 mi.) due to tire pressures not reset to vehicle spec After basic service of oil/ filter change and tire rotation, had to delay departure to home (>20 mi.) due to tire pressures not reset to vehicle spec values. Further problem was nitrogen not available so tires were pressurized with air instead of nitrogen with understanding of need to return to service shop to purge tires of air and reinflate with nitrogen. Not good...and not so nice!😖 More

Great experience I did not have an appointment but because of my car problem the service department got me into the shop within a short time and find the problem which I did not have an appointment but because of my car problem the service department got me into the shop within a short time and find the problem which required a part to be ordered. They gave me a loaner car on a Monday and On Wednesday I was back into my repaired car . In today’s world that’s great. More
