Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. The check-in person was wonderful - he put a new battery in my key fob and now it works perfectly again. However - it took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and car wash - totally unaccept in my key fob and now it works perfectly again. Salesman Michael Land was very helpful in the sale of the Lyriq! Mike was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the EV! He made sure I understood the basics: MyCadillac app download and setup; OnStar setup, a Lyriq! Mike was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the EV! Mike has not hassled me about providing a review about his services which is a HUGE plus! My wife purchased a Lincoln two years ago and all the sales guy talked about was receiving a 5 Star rating….jeeze! Plaza Cadillac doesn’t have a pressure buyers as their service is outstanding!! Also, Mark the Finance Manager and Mark the Parts Manager were both outstanding!!! Their knowledge and advice is paying off significantly!!! Thanks again Plaza Cadillac!! I am enjoying the 2024 Lyriq Sport 3!!!! It drives like I am riding on a cloud!!! More

The app was on time and a loaner was extremely helpful.
