Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. Total price with dealership addons not explained at all - only appeared on the copy with estimated payment (lease, purchase), and was not noticed or pointed out at all. Also, I was led to believe that the 3 only appeared on the copy with estimated payment (lease, purchase), and was not noticed or pointed out at all. Also, I was led to believe that the 3 year free maintenance was included with the purchase - I found out later that it was "prepaid" and included as part of the additional cost. Strangely enough, the additional cost was on every other vehicle except the one I purchased. Imagine my surprise when I got home and realized I was charged an additional $2500! There needs to be better transparency when purchasing a vehicle so we have a positive experience, and not made to feel that we (as a 71 year old single female) are just taken advantage of. Final note - I was promised to be "taken care of" by the sales manager and never heard from him again. Even a small gesture would be better than nothing! More
