Went to dealership to get my 2007 BMW worked on for warranty work. It had 49,000 miles. Took Mark out to show him a 2 inch crack on my driver side seat and 2 large lumps on my passenger side seat. M warranty work. It had 49,000 miles. Took Mark out to show him a 2 inch crack on my driver side seat and 2 large lumps on my passenger side seat. Mark immediately said, I can tell you this will not be covered by BMW. I asked to speak to the Service Manager. The service Manager came out and looked at it and said that the crack is from normal wear and tear and that there is a special way that people should get in and out of their BMW's and I have probably been doing it wrong to cause this crack in the seating area of the seat. I looked at him like he had 5 heads and asked him if he had really said something so stupid and then I asked him if they conduct classes to teach people how to get in and out and how to sit properly in their BMW's when they sell these cars. Of course he said No. They took a picture of the crack and sent it to the BMW Factory and a day later called and said that it was not going to be replaced or fixed under warranty. So, I have to live with this on a car that just has 49,000 miles. I also needed them to look at my brakes that made a loud gripping noise everytime I applied them. Mark called today and said that they have test driven the car and cannot reproduce this sound and the service manager cannot hear it either. The lumps in the passenger seat are getting fixed because they happen to be the airbag sensors poking up and that was the reason that my airbag lights kept going off. Mark called to tell me that they replaced the cushion in that seat and fixed the sensors. I asked him if they tested the seat warmers since they took apart the whole seat, he said, Oh yeah I am sure they are fine and working. I told him that I wanted them to go and make sure that they were fine and working. Unbelievable..... I will never go back to Plaza again and I will tell as many people as possible to not go back there. They are running a very unprofessional and unethical business. More
Shawn was my service advisor and i had been to this delaership becuase i was hearing some weird noise from my engine.Shawn was very helpful to get me quickly into a loaner car and get me going to my wo delaership becuase i was hearing some weird noise from my engine.Shawn was very helpful to get me quickly into a loaner car and get me going to my work.He followed up the same day to let me know what the issues were and how long it would take to complete the work.He waqs very professional in continuously following up with me with the status of the vehicle and was really helpful in explaining what happened and how the work had to be performed.He made sure the vehicle was delivered to me on time as promised.The best part i liked about him and more about this delaership is their frankness in telling the truth. I was afraid i had to sell the car and Shawn advised that my car was as goood as any other car and all work would be warrantied by BMW all over the USA> It gave me a a lot of confidence and i am sure i saved atleast 5000 dollars in selling this and buying another one. I would strongly recommend you to ask for Shawn and strongly recommend this dealership just for the fact that they are honest , modest and very friendly.If you have any questions feel free to contact me . My wife purchased a BMW from Plaza about 3 months ago and loves it. I enjoy driving the car when I get a chance to, which is limited. The best car buying experience ever! For 16 years I drove Nissan vehicles (they were good cars, too), but decided to give BMW a test drive. I have a used BMW. I do a lot of work on it myself when I can because BMW service is so expensive. The guys at Plaza are super friendly. The guy that works at the parts counter is amazingly helpful. Ounce I took the car up there, they told me what was wrong and that I would be able to save a lot of money by doing it myself because they knew their customer. I still got slapped with a $100 service charge but that's pretty standard. More

Plaza Motors customer service was professional and their pricing was compeitve with other dealers in the market. During my experience I met wtih the Used Car Salesman, Used Car Director, General Manager pricing was compeitve with other dealers in the market. During my experience I met wtih the Used Car Salesman, Used Car Director, General Manager and Finance Director. All four people made inquiries as to how there service was and thanked me for my business. There was a short wait to see the Finance Director while another sales was being finalized. During that wait lunch was provided by the BMW General Manager. This was a good experience, I will buy my next vehicle from Plaza Motors as well. More
My wife and I leased a wonderful blue 650 convertible.
