Poor experience: untrustful and uncaring salesperson :( We originally visited Plaza BMW dealership shopping for the new 2019 X5. We've been taken by one of the veteran salespersons Mr. Guyton. Even to begi We originally visited Plaza BMW dealership shopping for the new 2019 X5. We've been taken by one of the veteran salespersons Mr. Guyton. Even to begin with our salesperson wasn't very accommodating and behaved quite arrogantly with us, surrounded by a bunch of BMW trophies at his desk. We had a certain configuration in mind, but Plaza didn't have an exact match, so we asked Mr. Guyton to look around other St. Louis dealerships inventory (dealer exchange). I emailed him the exact BMW build code, but for the next several days I never heard back. During these days last two "in stock" matching cars were sold by other dealerships. On our next visit, Mr. Orson was quite unfriendly and agitated. He claimed that he never received any emails from us. He didn't remember any of our conversations and denied all other offers he alluded, just to lure us in. We felt very disappointed, but when I requested to talk to a sales manager he lied to us saying that his boss somewhere in the meeting. While the sales manager was sitting just next door. Afterall I spoke to Eric Fultz the sales manager, but he didn't offer us much, more like covering for his salesperson. After being treated poorly by St. Louis Plaza BMW we decided to switch to BMW of West St. Louis where we purchased two brand new 2020 X5 and X3 and very happy with our new cars. Your loss Plaza BMW! We are very dissatisfied with our salesperson Orson Guyton and not very happy with the overall dealership experience. More

After short convo with the sales manager I walked out. Arrogant, rude and unwilling to negotiate. I’m done w this place. Brandon was nice to talk with! More
Coincidence, maybe sure doesn’t seem like it Took my used 2011 BMW there for 2 recalls, they said it needed over $8k of additional work to rebuild/replace the Turbos, valve cover gasket leak, and Took my used 2011 BMW there for 2 recalls, they said it needed over $8k of additional work to rebuild/replace the Turbos, valve cover gasket leak, and replace vacuum pump. This gave me a bad feeling, started researching and found that there were quite a few reviews regarding unnecessary work, work not completed, damage to vehicles, problems with cars after getting them back, and etc. I relayed this to the SA and that I was concerned. I turned down the $8k of work obviously. Got the car back, turbo air cooler reservoir was empty, looks like same aux water pump was not changed, unless there is another one, the car is now perpetually in limp mode with a #2 cylinder misfire, and over a couple days time the drivers door pull handle that is a plastic insert has degraded becoming super sticky and crumbling. WTH.... More

Liath is the man! Before this purchase, I had no experience with Plaza BMW but I am very well connected in the automotive community and to be completely honest I have h Before this purchase, I had no experience with Plaza BMW but I am very well connected in the automotive community and to be completely honest I have heard nothing but negative things about the dealership so I didn't have high hopes. The first time I visited the dealership wasn't great as they I walked around for 15 minutes without anyone greeting or offering assistance to me so I left. I simply thought that they had lived up to their poor reputation and was planning on looking elsewhere. A good friend of mine urged me to contact Liath Quaisi before giving up on the dealership so I did, and I am glad I had. I ended up having another purchase contract signed and approved for another car at another dealership so I wasn't desperate to make a deal at Plaza but after a long negotiation Liath was able to make the exact deal I was after happen, which was honestly a big ask. Liath was honest and straight forward 100% of the time and quickly got answers for me, even when he was out of the office including setting up a test drive for me with Andrew LeBlanc who also was great. I can't say I am a huge fan of the dealership as a whole yet, but I cannot recommend Liath highly enough. More

I have had a really good experience with Plaza motor Mercedes and got my car with many satisfaction. So when my husband decided to get a BMW, we went to Plaza Motor BMW. But Eric gave us the worst experience ever and be so rude the whole time and pushed us so hard. When we want to negotiate the price down just a little bit more, he threw the quoting paper on us and said "you guys think about it now and I have other clients to take care". He walked away several times during our conversation. It seems like that we are begging him to sell the car to us. More

But their Internet manager Eric Fultz was arrogant and horrible. He is the worst salesperson I've met. He behaved like we were begging him to sell the vehicle to us. When we visited the dealer, he left us there several times and told us he would rather serve other customers. Terrible experience with this guy. Never do business with him again. Try to avoid him when you consider plaza. More

She helped in any way possible. A great person & knowledgeable. No pressure and motivated until she saw to it that I got “the perfect” car for me. Also, I checked out the Plaza BMW website and read thru all the positive reviews for Daniela. And those posts wrote about how her customers were touched and satisfied with their experience with their shopping experience. Anyway, she seemed to have helped out many people and all of them were quite pleased with Daniela. So ask for her! In a nutshell, Daniela is professional, but also a pleasure to work with. She gets back to you quickly and most importantly, her “ultimate mission” is to ensure you will be most pleased with your new exotic car. I’ll be back to Plaza BMW. Sincerely, Sam H. More
