I own a Corvette and purchased touch up paint pen from Arcadia Chevrolet. Unfortunately, The parts department sold me a touch up paint pen they had since 2017 and was 8 years old and expired. The paint pen did not work because it was expired and the paint was all gooey. When I finally spoke with the parts manager Chris( never calls you back)( took over 3 weeks to finally get ahold of Chris), instead of ordering me a new paint pen as they said, Chris tells me to return the defective paint pen and he will refund my money back to me. Chris confirms my information and tells me he will send me a return shipping label and refund me upon receipt. I never received the return shipping label, so I called and spoke to Chris again. Chris now tells me to discard the expired paint pen and he will refund my money. I never received the refund, so I call Chris again and he tells me he is unable to refund from his end and that I should contact my Bank/credit card and dispute to get my refund. Chris did not honor his word. This is not how a GM dealership should be run. Very unethical and unprofessional. Arcadia Chevrolet is tainting the GM and Chevrolet Brand name. This was so frustrating and I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Arcadia Chevrolet and would not recommend this dealer or bring my Corvette to them for service as they have poor business practices and do not honor their word. Buyer Beware!! More

First off I went in there on Wednesday may the 24th to buy the gear shift cable for my 07 Silverado 2500hd. Which they had to order . Delivered by Friday at noon .then I went in to the service department buy the gear shift cable for my 07 Silverado 2500hd. Which they had to order . Delivered by Friday at noon .then I went in to the service department and scheduled installation. They told me it was a 2. Hour charge . $260.00. so I said fine .I dropped it off Friday at 1 as scheduled. And told the service department that I left the truck in neutral so the cable would not slip off the transmission and so they could pulled it in to your garage. I called them around three to see if my truck was done . The service guy told me that it was not done and he went to lunch when his mechanic tried to pull my truck into the garage. His mechanic left my truck in the parking lot because as he told the service guy it needed transmission work. I told him that he needed to have my truck completeed.by the end of the day and he said fine . When I went to get my truck around 6 pm they still had not done anything to my truck . So I had to crawl under my truck and hook up the cable back to the transmission and drive it home which it popped off three times on my stops where I severely burnt my left fore arm three times putting the cable back on . I then drove my truck back to the dealership to pick up my parts . Then I came home and let my truck cool off and put the cable myself in 30 minutes, and let me say this I'm not a mechanic I'm a carpenter . With nothing but a screwdriver. So not only did they not do the work but they were going to seriously over charge me . More
Made an appt with Arcadia Chevy because our front windshield washer wasn't working. Got there for the 1pm appt. Was told it was the pump, which they would have to order for about $30 and would be in windshield washer wasn't working. Got there for the 1pm appt. Was told it was the pump, which they would have to order for about $30 and would be in in about a week OR they HAD a pump and motor assembly for about $70. I approved to change out because we were going on vacation in two days. Service person, Dinah, said it would take about an hour. I went into the customer waiting area and not 20 minutes later was called to the cashier office that my vehicle was ready!!! BUT in review of the charges I was charged $256 for labor - TWO HUNDRED FIFTY SIX DOLLARS. Was told it was "diagnostic" ($140) and labor charges. $140 to "determine" the pump wasn't working AND $116 to install???? In the past we have mainly used Arcadia Chevy for our Equinox (which we Leased from them) and Avalanche...............but NOT ANY MORE. This was the final straw. Their goal is $$ for over-charged services not customer retention. More

Intermittent Mechanical Problem Solved I had an intermittent fluid leak from my 2013 Malibu at 99,000 miles that resulted in occasional puddles of red fluid in my car port. After taking the I had an intermittent fluid leak from my 2013 Malibu at 99,000 miles that resulted in occasional puddles of red fluid in my car port. After taking the car in twice to have it inspected, without any problems being found I started to worry that I'd be left on the side of road at some time. When the leak was present for the third time I called Ralf the service manager and he came to my house to inspect the problem. Ralf correctly diagnosed the problem as a leaking water pump and the issue was solved. I really appreciated the determination this service department displayed in solving this intermittent problem.
