This is Arcadia Chevrolet Unethical Business Ethics & Practices: Upper Management acknowledges your concern/complaint and they will “look into”, but you will never hear back and your concern will never be resolved by anyone because they will be “looking into” an event so simple to resolve: order the customer a new paint pen because you sold him a defective expired paint pen that you never should have sold to any customer. Chris, parts manager, should have discarded this 8 year old expired paint pen years ago. What does that say about Chris and the way the parts department is being run. Arcadia has acknowledged my concern and has been looking into this event since last year, even though it’s as simple as ordering a new working paint pen for the customer that should take one day to resolve. Unfortunately, and to my dismay, Arcadia never ordered me a new paint pen( as they said they would)to replace the defective one they sold me or simply refund my money as they agreed too. This is Arcadia’s unethical business practice to drag out and frustrate the customer as their actions do not match their words and nothing gets resolved. I do not recommend this Dealer.
