SERVICE CENTER WORST EVER I went to the service center to return my vehicle at the end of the lease . I have never received such an attitude in my entire life. I was missing do I went to the service center to return my vehicle at the end of the lease . I have never received such an attitude in my entire life. I was missing documentation which come to find out from a neighboring Volkswagen dealership could have easily been located from VW credit services. Rather than helping me out with this easy information, the lady at the front desk directed the worker to place my license plates back on and says to me "Your keys are in your vehicle you may leave with it right now." Never in my life have I seen such poor customer service . Will be taking my business to Huntington Volkswagen from now who we're happy to help after this unpleasant situation. More

The main reason I came back to Platinum VW was because we dealt with Manny when we purchased a car a couple years back. Manny was informative, helpful, and all around lovely to work with. I contacted him directly about a lease for 2017 with specific criteria as well as my budget and he got back to me right away with everything I had asked for. He made the process seamless for me and I look forward to working with him again. The gentleman who helped to set up my car for Bluetooth and who explained the car's features was also wonderful. The dealership has a fantastic selection of both pre-owned and new inventory and the customer service I have received from Manny has been terrific. More
