The company promised me in August and told me that it had returned the extended warranty of the vehicle, and until today I called the DOWC company to ask them that this has not been returned, and no one answ returned the extended warranty of the vehicle, and until today I called the DOWC company to ask them that this has not been returned, and no one answered the phone to the dealer or just asked and then there was no news More

Wasn't able to get enough information about car via email. Like most dealerships, all they want is for you to come in. For me, last 2-3 cars I've bought, I essentially had the deal completed via phon email. Like most dealerships, all they want is for you to come in. For me, last 2-3 cars I've bought, I essentially had the deal completed via phone/email/text. Only value in going to dealer is to validate condition. Maybe I'm the exception. Dealer promised sending me final price but never did. Had to hound dealer to communicate.. More
Typical bait and switch. They advertise a low price, then tack on "dealer prep" fees and they charge an additional "tax". I recently inquired about a vehicle because of the low state price. Playing dumb, I asked what the additional tax was. Sales person said it's the local county, city tax. In Georgia, you pay the TAVT and that's it. No additional sales tax. Lie #1. When I called them out on it, sales person said the GM would waive it. I guess it's easy to waive it because it was a bogus fee. I said if you can wave the tax and the dealer prep fee, I'd be more than happy to come down to take a look. Sales person said GM could not waive the dealer prep fee. Fine. Sales person then said why would i buy from another dealer who had a similar vehicle when theirs was less. I said because the other vehicle had 12K miles less and their OTD price was the same as theirs, without all the bogus taxes and fees. The salesperson just did not get it. I didn't like where this was going, because the sales person was clearly not knowledgeable so I said I'm done and we ended the conversation. Here is the kicker, I get a text from their "manager" below. You decide for yourself. "Based on the conversation you have had with my salesperson it is best that we stop the process. We do not believe in "Karen Culture," threats of retaliation, foul language, or irrationality. We thank you for your time & attention. Have a great weekend and I wish you & your son the best of luck in finding what you are looking; it is simply not here." Followed by a gif of a baby waving goodbye. I replied back: "Wow. First off, I ended the conversation because you kept interrupting me nor did you understand. I did not use foul language, was not impolite, nor irrational. To accuse me of all of the above warrants a compliant to the better business bureau and a review post on all media outlets. And you send a gif images of a girl waving goodbye deems your dealership completely unprofessional." I thought that would be the end of it. Nope. Got a response: "Like I stated. Karen Culture. Threats. Goodbye. Learn to sit with why you have a problem when someone tells you "no" or doesn't bow to your will. Sir, I am sure that we are not the first nor the last business you have berated for not giving you what you want. Please do not contact us again. You are banned for foul language & threats. Goodbye. [followed by the same baby gif]" Hmmm. It's not like I bought anything so I don't have any reason to be impolite, or use foul language. Irrational? What is there to be irrational about? You all decide for yourself. More
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ONLINE! !!! My first interaction with this dealership was exceptional with Anthony R. so exceptional I was able to purchase a vehicle in under 24 hours. W !!! My first interaction with this dealership was exceptional with Anthony R. so exceptional I was able to purchase a vehicle in under 24 hours. When I spoke with Anthony R. I asked several questions about the vehicle’s wheel condition and body condition and asked him to send pictures of the what he thought was the most damaged areas. I was sent several pictures of the front bumper with minor rock chips. I also asked about floor mats and was told they were included. So we signed the deal. Several days later, as discussed when the deal was signed, my husband picked up the vehicle from the dealer on a long trip from Indiana. Shortly after he left the check engine light came on. The dealer was already closed. So I called the next morning and was instructed it was bad gas (the vehicle requires premium) and to run it through, still no change in light. Either way, if unleaded gas was put in this vehicle it was done by their dealership, as Rich T. suggested. So I call again and get told to go to autozone and have them clear the code. Autozone states it is unsafe to clear check engine lights and they cannot do that. So again call the dealership to be told there is nothing they can do and to drive it home until they are able to hear from their general manager on Tuesday after 2:00. This time rolls around and still zero communication so I call and speak with Otis Flowers, who states he is the fill in general manager, as their general manager was fired this morning. I find this awfully suspicious as the sales person, Rich T, I spoke with the previous day said the general manager was out on vacation until 2:00 the next day. Either way after speaking to Otis in regards to all of the issues I have with the vehicle the only solution offered is to drive the vehicle back 4 hours and wait an ENTIRE day to get it fixed and then drive 4 hours back so not only would I be paying for fuel I would also have to find a place to stay as they are not offering a vehicle to drive while they fix mine. Attached is a picture of the 3” scratch on the trunk that was not mentioned as well as the window sticker that was left on the vehicle with all of the sticker residue for me to turn around and drive with in my view. The sticker residue left on the vehicle is 100% a clear picture of the customer service you will receive from this dealership after the deal is done. I received a vehicle that had the sales manager, Rich T even said he had been driving by himself, and it looks exactly that way. He had been driving this car for several weeks and drove it in that day and handed the keys over to me with not even a walk around the car to see any damages. All 4 tires were missing valve stem caps, an easy $1 fix for a company that prides theirselves on customer safety and satisfaction. I was charged a $1,995 used car prep fee as well. One would think that would include valve stem caps, a car detail, sticker removal, and a full oil change. The oil life was at 83% when I received this vehicle. Gas was at half a tank of fuel. All very inexpensive things, aside from the bumper, that one would expect from a dealership that screams customer satisfaction as their goal. In fact, after you purchase a vehicle you are promptly sent a link to review their service on multiple platforms. So now I have a car that won’t start on top of a towing charge to get the vehicle towed 400 miles away to their dealership because this is the only way they will fix the car.
