The worst Toyota dealership I have ever been to and they lie about what they have done. I took my Avalon in to have tire pressure sensor replaced, mechanic said he took care of it and it would clear the war lie about what they have done. I took my 4 runner in and had the oil changed The vehicle was pulled out and I paid and was given the keys. After I drove away a few miles the engine died. I checked the oil and thr dealership had-neglected to put oil in the vehicle. Toyota sent someone out and the vehicle was taken back to the shop where ioik was put back in. A diagnostic scan was run and I was told there was no damage . The dealership acknowledged their mistake and gave me a coupon for a free oil change. I am continuing to monitor the vehicle to make sure there is no damage. I am writing this so that there is a record in case further damage is discovered More
