I took my 4 runner in and had the oil changed The vehicle was pulled out and I paid and was given the keys. After I drove away a few miles the engine died. I checked the oil and thr dealership had- vehicle was pulled out and I paid and was given the keys. After I drove away a few miles the engine died. I checked the oil and thr dealership had-neglected to put oil in the vehicle. Toyota sent someone out and the vehicle was taken back to the shop where ioik was put back in. A diagnostic scan was run and I was told there was no damage . The dealership acknowledged their mistake and gave me a coupon for a free oil change. I am continuing to monitor the vehicle to make sure there is no damage. I am writing this so that there is a record in case further damage is discovered More

Took my very old Toyota Sequoia in when engine light and various other lights came on. Expecting some serious issues and was beyond pleased when the service department found a very simple and very inexpens various other lights came on.
