The worst Toyota dealership I have ever been to and they lie about what they have done. I took my Avalon in to have tire pressure sensor replaced, mechanic said he took care of it and it would clear the war lie about what they have done. I took my Avalon in to have tire pressure sensor replaced, mechanic said he took care of it and it would clear the warning light in z as bout 5 miles, still on after 40 miles. Just lie to you ! More
Everyone at the dealership was very polite and helpful. I was dealing with the service department. I took my car in for diagnostic and my car is 19 years old. I took my 4 runner in and had the oil changed The vehicle was pulled out and I paid and was given the keys. After I drove away a few miles the engine died. I checked the oil and thr dealership had- vehicle was pulled out and I paid and was given the keys. After I drove away a few miles the engine died. I checked the oil and thr dealership had-neglected to put oil in the vehicle. Toyota sent someone out and the vehicle was taken back to the shop where ioik was put back in. A diagnostic scan was run and I was told there was no damage . The dealership acknowledged their mistake and gave me a coupon for a free oil change. I am continuing to monitor the vehicle to make sure there is no damage. I am writing this so that there is a record in case further damage is discovered More
Took my very old Toyota Sequoia in when engine light and various other lights came on. Expecting some serious issues and was beyond pleased when the service department found a very simple and very inexpens various other lights came on. Expecting some serious issues and was beyond pleased when the service department found a very simple and very inexpensive fix. They were honest and trustworthy in the evaluation. My service tech - Bailey was exceptional! She clearly explained the issues and helped with alot of minor items that someone else may of just ignored. Highly recommend them. More
