Dishonest/Unprofessional I received a $1000 dealer rebate with my cash deal if I agreed to finance though Hyundai, with instructions by "Matt", the salesman and Hyundai of Tra I received a $1000 dealer rebate with my cash deal if I agreed to finance though Hyundai, with instructions by "Matt", the salesman and Hyundai of Tracy finance dept, that I would be required to wait 2 months prior to paying off the vehicle to receive the $1000 rebate. I later learned that was untrue. Hyundai Finance reported they allow vehicle payoffs payoffs at any time and I could have paid the vehicle off the next day following purchase without any loss of rebate offered by the dealer. I ultimately lost $350 to interest waiting the two months, making the $1000 manufacturer rebate worth $650. Shame on Premier Hyundai of Tracy for either lying or not being professional enough to understand their own manufacturer financing policies. More

Best Buying Experience Ever! I have never had such a great experience purchasing a car.
