They also forged my signature in a place a CUSTOMER is suppose to sign and stated "if a customer doesn't sign we will PENCIL WHIP it". I have been talked to disrespectfully. DO NOT go here. Adam -- the GM is unprofessional and disrespectful. He has a smart mouth and should not be in a leadership role. Trevor -- racially profiled us accusing us of doing drugs AND laid his hand on me without permission telling me i need to stop talking about this situation to my SERVICE ADVISOR. Dwain -- customer relations has AWFUL communication skills and definitely should not be in a Role to make customers happy, because i definitely was NOT happy. I am unsure of the service manager, but he is rude too. They will laugh in your face when speaking on a serious matter. They refused to give us any documentation on our truck. I contacted Mr Gilcrest (WHO IS OVER THIS ENTIRE LOCATION) and got blown off. He has not reached out to hear my concerns in any way. More

We blew out two tires and damaged a rim on Hwy20 on our way to Florida. We had to find a Ford dealer and a tow truck close by. Bianca in the service department was able to find tires and a new rim. Also, they picked us up the next day. We feel that Bianca went out of her way to make us feel welcomed, reducing our stress. Bianca kept in contact with us throughout the ordeal, even when we were waiting for the tow truck on the side of the road.Bianca was very knowledgeable about what was needed. She knows her stuff. She topped it off with a car wash! Very refreshing to see someone with great work ethic! Thank you!!! More

I wouldn't recommend going here. No one knows anything in the service department they just lie to your face instead of being honest about your vehicle. To now have them say oh sorry your vehicle doesn't pass inspection because of the window tint. We can retint for free. We'll why is it a xxxx issue today but not the other 2 times they inspected our vehicle. To finally get in our vehicle to leave and there is 2 puddles of oil on the middle console and they seemed to not give a xxxx. They are very unprofessional I will never take ànother vehicle to them for anything. Asked to speak with the SERVICE MANAGER and got brought another service advisor to handle the situation not the MANAGER as I had requested. Purchase two trucks from Platinum Ford. The brand new 2021 F250 has been a nightmare service with this dealership has been absolutely horrible. I get the truck back with grease prints all over the truck scratches on the truck they absolutely have no care for the customer or the vehicle. I’m at over 900 in tow expense. Every time this truck has been at this dealership I’ve been without a vehicle. Even though my warranty includes a loaner vehicle. So now the truck is sitting at the dealership we are being told it could be a year before I get a new pump. So I asked him about trading it in and they told me they cannot give me a value on the vehicle because they don’t know how long it will be broke down. So I arrived today to pick the vehicle up with a tow truck to take to another dealership that has no problem giving me a value on vehicle. We find scratches all over the fender and a pillar as well as grease prints all over the fender hood door. Not surprised we walk into the sales department tell them we’re here to get the keys to the truck cause we’re gonna go trade it in not a word from any of them they gave us our key. $92,000 is the vehicle on their lot we were looking at purchasing it because they have no respect or care for their customers they are allowing that sell to walk out the door. Their service manager is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. and his straight lied to my face. They have absolutely lost my business I would suggest to anybody that knows me not to do business with Platinum Ford. Or any other dealership that is owned by that franchise. More

Tried to buy a truck from Dylan, but could never get him to return our calls about a price on the truck we drove. After 3 days of trying to get a price we call and asked to speak to a manager. They had my truck for 2 weeks, and than misdiagnosed my problems. Told me and charged me for certain services on my vehicle that was never done.
