Known Service Bulletin Fix I experienced a problem with my Silverado with the steering and a couple of other issues and the dealership diagnosed them, ordered the parts and then I experienced a problem with my Silverado with the steering and a couple of other issues and the dealership diagnosed them, ordered the parts and then worked with my extended warranty company to make the repairs. Bad Service Reps. tell them when they lie dont get caught! my car was serviced for a big repair. I ask if they have loaners and they said no and I have to rent, a dealership with no loaners to use when it will my car was serviced for a big repair. I ask if they have loaners and they said no and I have to rent, a dealership with no loaners to use when it will take couple of days to get it fixed??? when I came back to pick up my car I hear another rep telling another customer to keep the distance of loaner to under 5k. so I guess they just started doing loaners after I drop off mine? another thing is usually after getting a car serviced it gets cleaned and vacuumed, but I guess you guys dont care for little detail things like that as long as you get your money. well its the last time you'll see me spending my money at your dealership. More
