Took my truck here because it was leaking water into the cab.They charge me $220 diagnostic to tell me the windshield was leaking.I then told them I don’t think it the windshield because I had that whole th cab.They charge me $220 diagnostic to tell me the windshield was leaking.I then told them I don’t think it the windshield because I had that whole thing plastic off why I was waiting for the appointment.And when I went out to check when it was raining it was still leaking.Then I told them I think it’s probably the weather stripping around the door or something else.So they supposedly did the diagnostic and called me to say it’s the windshield and the price to fix it.So I said go ahead.Then they call me at 7:30 the next morning and say they can’t do it because it’s raining.And that they would have to park my leaking truck in the storm tell it stopped raining.I had no choice but to pick up my truck and take it to a auto glass company.Where the ran there own water test and called me back to ask me who did the diagnostic on the truck.Where I said Chevy did and they said really because it’s not the windshield.That it was the rear break light Assembly on the cab. So I’m glad I didn’t pay Chevy $550 to replace the windshield that is fine.everything about this place is a joke worst place to bring anything you care about to.Now i need to fight with this place to try and get my miss diagnostic fees back.I’ll never take anything to this place and will recommend everyone not to use this business if it anything they care about.👎👎👎👎👎 More

Discovered option was never installed by Platinum Chevrolet, they refused to repair mistake and claimed dealer installed options were not covered under manufacturer warranty!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! More
The worst experience I've ever had at a dealership service department brand new truck with a coolant light and the mechanic didn't even run diagnostics so of course failed to fix the issue when I had service department brand new truck with a coolant light and the mechanic didn't even run diagnostics so of course failed to fix the issue when I had to return I was charged another deductible under my warranty then ran diagnostics found out what was wrong took 2 days to change a sensor in my coolant reservoir never called me to tell me my truck was finished call multiple times to find out no one would answer the phone finally drove into the dealership saw my truck in the parking lot surprise it had been done the engine was called was lied to again and said they just finished a test drive worst dealership I've ever dealt with More
