Upon delivery I noticed a few areas of concern and upon looking at the truck in daylight I found almost every panel on the truck to have been repainted not to mention a foot print on the headliner over the passenger seat and small tears in the driver seat. After bringing this to their attention I was met with numerous lies and only after I threatened a lawsuit did they swap out my truck for another new one. Unfortunately this wasn’t the end of my ordeal, I immediately left on a 300 mile road trip upstate New York to come to the realization that this truck shakes at highway speed. With some research this is known as the “Chevy shake”, I immediately phoned the GM and Service manager to be told “it’s just flat spots in the tires, drive it around and it’ll dissipate”. Here we are 10k miles later and the truck still shakes among other nuances such as neutralizing on the 1-2 shift and a noisy CV joint. When I called 2 weeks ago I was told neither manager was still employed there and I would be called back by the new service manager Ray. 2 weeks later and numerous calls and Ray can’t answer his phone. I set an appointment for last Monday because I was told they would have a loaner car for me, they didn’t. Ray couldn’t care less about my issues and told me he’d try to call when he had a loaner. I’m not holding my breath. Take your money someplace else. More

Bought a car and never received title and plates I bought a new truck from them 7 weeks and have not received registration and license plates. I have contacted the GM headquarters and will be filing a Special Civil Part complaint against them tomorrow. I would never buy another car from them. More

I currently have a GMC lease and went in before my lease end to look into quotes for the next lease. I had all intentions of remaining a loyal GMC customer. The salesman was polite and helpful. However, likely very inexperienced as he kept going back and forth to his sales manager who was sitting 5 feet away from us to ask him questions and get pricing. This went on for 1.5 hours until we finally received 1 lease offer pricing. My complaint here is actually how unprofessional the sales manger was as he never once came over to us to discuss pricing and try to a make a sale. The entire time we could overhear his discussion with the salesman who was helping us. We sat right in front of him but he never made eye contact. How rude and unprofessional. I also noted how rude and disrespectful he was to the salesman. He was ordering him to do as he said and not ask questions along with other staff he interacted with during our time there. The lease quote we received was 200$ more than our current payment and a very similar MSRP. When asked to explain how this number came to be the salesman could not figure it out and gave us the run around. When asked to try to negotiate a better offer we were told there’s nothing more they could do. I will never lease a GMC again after this experience which is unfortunate because I don’t believe it represents GMC as a whole but the customer service was horrendous at this location. It’s very obvious now why the store was empty and why they had so many cars in their inventory. We will not being returning GMC customers and I would caution others not to visit this location!!! This dealership lies to customers DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO BUY A CAR OR REPAIR ONE! I recently brought my car to the dealer to to have it repaired! They told me I needed a radia DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO BUY A CAR OR REPAIR ONE! I recently brought my car to the dealer to to have it repaired! They told me I needed a radiator. This work cost me $1000 ($600 was labor)! They also said my transmission fluid was empty and they had to fill it. When I got my car back it did not feel completely fixed. About a month later when I brought it in for an oil change I asked them to check the transmission fluid and the work they did again. After that they told me that I needed transmission flush! I didn’t understand how if they were the last ones who touched it and they said they filled it. Later I find out they should have performed the flush when they did the radiator work and put in the fluid! The two service advisors who helped me both had diffident stories and lied to me! It took me almost a week to get a manager on the phone. I was emailing and leaving phone messages to no avail. Finally after arguing with the manager he agrees to do the flush but tells me I have to wait 5 days until he will be back in the office! Terrible service and awareness of customer needs. The day before I go to bring my car in for the flush the transmission no longer works. When I go to check the fluid they did not even fasten the cap and I’m sure all my fluid either leaked out and or got even dirtier! The end result is that this dealership is filled with employees and managers who lie to customers, tell them they need work done that they don’t, perform the lowest quality of work, and then cheat people out of their money! They don’t want to take responsibility for any of their action and I feel like they are just a bunch of thieves. The people at this dealership are the worst kind of people and I hope that they don’t continue to treat people as they have me and steal, and lie to customers. It’s really a shame that they can get away with this. I am now bringing my case to small claims court to plead my case as well. Do not bring your car their for repairs or they will ruin it with careless work. And if you buy a car from them they will get you at the end. I dealt with Bill Shwank (manger), Diego Montesdeoca (service advisor), Benny Sosa (service advisor), and Nelson Badillo (sales manager). All of these individuals treated me like trash, lied to my face, and refused to help me with the situation they put me in! Please protect yourself and don’t let them do this to you or anyone you know! More

Rude, terrible experience We have a leased vehicle which is less than a year old and when we informed WPBGMC that we had a problem, we found them to be unhelpful and rude (some We have a leased vehicle which is less than a year old and when we informed WPBGMC that we had a problem, we found them to be unhelpful and rude (someone hung up on my wife), They didn't adequately fix the problem (an overwhelming odor of gasoline) the FIRST time we brought it in and when we suggested a fix (a new AC filter), we were told no. Only after getting the manager involved (who subsequently left the dealership) and having to call and complain multiple times did they finally address the issue. Customer service was non existent. We were completely ignored on multiple occasions (e.g. I asked at least three times if they could also inspect the car while it was in the shop and they never did that). Our car was there for about a month. GMC's attempt to say 'I'm sorry' was a $100 service voucher! Why would I ever go back to them for service or to lease a car!? We were amazed at how terrible the experience was. More
