Kevin took care of me when it came to test driving different cars, Neil and Alex knocked it out of the park when it came to sales and financing. Zero pressure, awesome pricing. I like to trade in my car every year or two and get a new beauty to hoon around in. I've been to a ton of dealerships and test driven quite a few cars... In fact a month ago I had the pleasure of accompanying my dad to 7 different dealerships (in one day) while he test drove different cars in pursuit of his dream car. I have seen firsthand the disparity in customer service at the different types of dealerships. I began my search for a 997.1 C2S about a month ago and Platinum Autohaus immediately caught my eye. There were a handful of listings that fit my criteria however there were only a few that were being sold by dealerships with great reviews across multiple platforms. At the time the four venues I had available were: private party, CarMax, Phillips Auto, and Platinum Autohaus. While I love private party transactions I chose to go w/ a dealer for this transaction because I was planning on carrying over some debt from my BMW M235i trade in. Of the three dealerships Platinum Autohaus was the only one with what I considered a fair price - the other two dealers' prices were a bit high, around 20-25% higher in fact... Kevin took care of me as soon as I walked in the door. He is a true automotive enthusiast through and through. We traded stories of previous cars and relished in some of our shared experiences. I had planned on test driving two cars on the lot (2013 Porsche Boxster and 2005 Porsche Carrera S) and Kevin guessed that I would fall in love with the C2S based on the stories we traded... he was absolutely correct. The test drive is an important part about buying a sports car. Now I'm not advocating being an xxx on the streets but you need to have ample time and space to see if this car is the one you truly want. Platinum Autohaus is the king of the test drive experience, I truly believe they are the best. I had plenty of time to test out both cars on all different kinds of streets and turns as well as squeeze in a little bit of bumper to bumper action thanks to PCH traffic. Now I'm sure many can agree with this sentiment - I hate when a dealership pressures you into trying to buy a car after you test drive it. I like to take my time and sleep on my decisions, especially given the amount of money I am spending. When it came to pressure from the team to buy the car there was none at all. Neil understood completely that I would need to test drive other cars and decide if the C2S was "the one" before beginning to talk numbers. When I came back in a couple days later Neil and Alex made it happen, in fact they knocked it out of the park. Financing an "older car" is never easy, especially when you're rolling over debt from a previous purchase. Most traditional dealerships don't have access to the array of lenders that Platinum Autohaus does - perks of doing great business in the high end car business. These guys pulled some strings and got me a phenomenal deal, I know that other places would not have been able to pull this off. A big thank you to Kevin, Neil, Alex, and everyone else on the Platinum Autohaus team. The test drive, financing, and delivery of my car was phenomenal. The team detailed the car and had all of my minor requests taken care of. I got to drive home in my C2S a very happy man. In the next couple years when I am on the search for a new car Platinum Autohaus will be at the top of my list! More

On our way home our car told us "I can't breathe". So the next day I threw out the ancient old blue dinosaur wauded up newspaper sorry excuse for an air filter from 2011 and replaced it with a K&N air filter. Alex, was truly committed to making sure I walked out with a great car that wouldn't break the bank. I never financed a car before in my life, so I didn't have good credit to finance. Alex, called around and worked out a deal, 4 hours later I financed my first car and drove home a fully loaded 2016 Ford Explorer. Walking into a dealership being a female is very intimidating, but I didn't feel that way at Platinum Autohaus. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Alex!! More
