I had an appointment, but even after an hour and a half, there were still six cars ahead of me. While I understand delays can happen, it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that the wait would be there were still six cars ahead of me. Additionally, I was a bit confused to see an employee watching Netflix on their phone after being told how busy things were. That said, I truly appreciated the assistance of a very polite and helpful lady who was doing her best to address my concerns. The staff were polite, I believe they need assistance when being over booked and better communication. More
