I had 2 keys for a key recall for my Nissan Rogue - but the assigned associate said I had to wait 1.5 hours for them to fix my key recall, even though I made an appointment. I should not have to wait (it ended up being 2 hours) and spend my precious time for an error your company made that is potentially putting people's lives in danger. I opted to NOT wait, and therefore only 1 key has been fixed. I tried to negotiate with Sonia to come back after 2 hours, give the other key and pick it up later - but was told NISSAN'S RECALL PROGRAM WOULD NOT PAY for that scenario, I could only leave the key(s) once. SHAMEFUL! This is why I miss my BMW! WHEN A COMPANY MAKES A MISTAKE THAT IS A RISK TO OUR LIVES, DON'T INSULT US WITH MAKING US SIT THERE FOR 2 HOURS AFTER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT.
