They refused to fix a recall issue and a warranty problem. I never leave reviews but I was treated so poorly I have to share my experience. I originally brought my van into planet nissan for an overdrive probl I never leave reviews but I was treated so poorly I have to share my experience. I originally brought my van into planet nissan for an overdrive problem. Somehow that problem went away but they told me behind my dash was totally rusted out but had no idea how that happened and sent me on my merry way. A few months down the road I get a recall notice saying damage can done by water entering my dash area from washing out the nv200 vans and could cause damage to the airbag system. I scheduled the repair for the recall and also informed Mr. Curlee that my two ac vents in the middle did not blow air. I was called to come pick up my vehicle and was told by Mr. Curlee that everything was repaired including the ac vents. As I entered my vehicle I noticed the air was still not blowing and informed Mr. Curlee and he immediately got the guy who supposedly did the repair. Well nothing was resolved and they put me back in a rental and sent me on my way and told me it would be repaired. I get a call form Mr. Curlee saying someone else is coming to look at the issue on Monday morning the 12th of June. I returned to the planet nissan on the 12th only to find out the so called specialist has determined that the problem was caused by something environmental and they are not doing any repairs and to contact my insurance to fix the problem. So trying to avoid any confrontation, I leave because all I want is my vehicles air working correctly and I do have two vents that work so I thought Id be fine, but as Im driving my vehicle I notice my airbag light is now on and the passenger airbag light is off(which should be on) also my radio controls no longer work. I scheduled another appointment and take my vehicle in. Mr. Curlee refused to return my vehicle to the condition it was brought there in. Thats all I asked, instead he lets me leave in an unsafe vehicle with no care in the world. More

I can't speak about the actual mechanics they are seperate. Heath, he has been a cool dude. So I am sorry if others had a bad Experience with him; thus far I have been Blessed. Very bad I have purchased three different vehicles from there and just recently I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue and the salesman that helped me an I agreed to hav I have purchased three different vehicles from there and just recently I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue and the salesman that helped me an I agreed to have them pay for Registration two weeks later I go pick up the green slip and I was told that I had to pay for it all of a sudden every on e from finance to sales forgot that we had an agreement for them to pay for Registration not me so because the contract was already signed I have no say so pretty much I'm screwed out of 460 dollars because my initial salesman went home and the guy that closed the Deal re structured the entire deal without me knowing about the changes More

To start, on August 2, 2016, my grandmot Over the course of two weeks, my grandmother has been treated horribly by the staff of this establishment. To start, on August 2, 2016, my grandmother had to take her 2015 Nissan Juke into the repair shop due to the engine stopping while she was driving. The man who helped her was named Andrew Brack (who didn't even say 'hello' or 'how can I help you today?') . Andrew looked at the car, told her "he can't do anything about it" even though he was supposed to be the one to fix the car. He said he was "unauthorized" to touch the car until Nissan Motors approves of it. The least he could do was tell another employee or the manager about the situation, but he did not. Also, when she received the car back after it's oil change, oil had splashed on the windshield and the people responsible did not clean it up. There are oil spots on the windshield of the car now and we don't want to make it worse by trying to clean it ourselves. Today, on August 8th of 2016, she had to come back in today to get the car fixed once again after making an appointment for 8:00 A.M., and I was with her today. We were helped by a man named Heath. Heath had told us to drop the car off and they would call us when it was done. After a few hours of no call, my grandmother called Planet Nissan at 3:15 P.M. to no answer. She called again, and another employee who failed to reveal his/herself over the phone answered. She asked them if they could get Heath on the phone, and they replied "Whatever" and hung up on my grandmother mid-call. A final call was made today at 5:15 P.M. to which Heath answered. He said, "When we put your car into our computer, it shut down and we were offline." This means that if we didn't call, THEY DIDN'T WORK ON THE CAR AT ALL. It is with great displeasure that this dealership gets the rating it deserves and lower because of this horrible service. This review is also going to be printed out and showed to the General Manager tomorrow as a complaint for the incompetence of this dealership's employees. More
