Very bad I have purchased three different vehicles from there and just recently I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue and the salesman that helped me an I agreed to hav I have purchased three different vehicles from there and just recently I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue and the salesman that helped me an I agreed to have them pay for Registration two weeks later I go pick up the green slip and I was told that I had to pay for it all of a sudden every on e from finance to sales forgot that we had an agreement for them to pay for Registration not me so because the contract was already signed I have no say so pretty much I'm screwed out of 460 dollars because my initial salesman went home and the guy that closed the Deal re structured the entire deal without me knowing about the changes More

To start, on August 2, 2016, my grandmother had to take her 2015 Nissan Juke into the repair shop due to the engine stopping while she was driving. The man who helped her was named Andrew Brack (who didn't even say 'hello' or 'how can I help you today?') . Andrew looked at the car, told her "he can't do anything about it" even though he was supposed to be the one to fix the car. He said he was "unauthorized" to touch the car until Nissan Motors approves of it. The least he could do was tell another employee or the manager about the situation, but he did not. Also, when she received the car back after it's oil change, oil had splashed on the windshield and the people responsible did not clean it up. There are oil spots on the windshield of the car now and we don't want to make it worse by trying to clean it ourselves. Today, on August 8th of 2016, she had to come back in today to get the car fixed once again after making an appointment for 8:00 A.M., and I was with her today. We were helped by a man named Heath. Heath had told us to drop the car off and they would call us when it was done. After a few hours of no call, my grandmother called Planet Nissan at 3:15 P.M. to no answer. She called again, and another employee who failed to reveal his/herself over the phone answered. She asked them if they could get Heath on the phone, and they replied "Whatever" and hung up on my grandmother mid-call. A final call was made today at 5:15 P.M. to which Heath answered. He said, "When we put your car into our computer, it shut down and we were offline." This means that if we didn't call, THEY DIDN'T WORK ON THE CAR AT ALL. It is with great displeasure that this dealership gets the rating it deserves and lower because of this horrible service. This review is also going to be printed out and showed to the General Manager tomorrow as a complaint for the incompetence of this dealership's employees. More

I was having some issues with my car when I went to get my oul changed I asked them to investigate why my car was shaking and also to look at my brakes. Do you think they did any of that NO just an oil change and they didn't even wash my car like they said. HORRIBLE and rude they just wanted to put me in a newer car and didn't listen to my needs of the car I do have. More

And then when you try to talk to them they do not want to listen. I was supposed to receive a free oil change because I waited at the dealership for almost 4 hours for a simple oil change. Then when I asked about my car, they couldn't find it. Finally they brought me my car and do not do the free courtesy car wash like I requested. They then had the nerve to ask if I wanted them to wash it. I was not going to wait around any longer for a xxxx car wash. Also, everytime I have gone in for an oil change with an early appointment and waited for the car, it takes at least 1 1/2 hour or more. That is just ridiculous. More

Mr. Fotie called me to say that he could probably qualify me for a 0% interest loan. As I had put $5000 down on my Murano and had been making my monthly payments for a year, I had over $10,000 invested on a 7% interest rate/7 year loan. I owed $26,000. As I was planning on refinamcing through my credit union I was interested in hearing what could be done. At that time, Jonathan Fotie scheduled an oil change. I was in the waiting room getting while my car was being serviced...forgetting about finding the salesman but he tracked me down. What happened next is a blur that has changed my life in a very bad way. I didn't get refinanced, I was worked over by pros and ended up with the same exact car for $39,999! When I finally was able to get ahold of Mr. Fotie the next morning, he said there was nothing he could do but promised to talk with the finance guy, Mr. Siad. HE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING! After filing a complaint with corporate who assured me that they would take the issue up with the dealership. THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! I sent a certified letter to Mr. Syad and did get a response. I'm $13,000 underwater and there is nothing they can do now. Had the salesman, Jonathan Fotie, relayed the message, I would have gotten my previous Murano and life would be fine. As it is now my payments are $541 per month and I'm having trouble making the payments. My credit score has dropped 100 points! I have years and years of struggle ahead all because Jonathan Fotie wanted a bigger paycheck no matter what devastation he brought to me as a person. This and the lawsuit regarding their commercials is how Planet Nissan is #1 in sales. If you want a Nisan GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP! More
